For change of mind or incorrect choice on all full price items we will gladly provide a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. A limit of 1 exchange per order applies, unless the product is deemed faulty by the sand pillow representative.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must also be able to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


To arrange a return please email with the reason for the return and a photo showing the condition of the product and packaging. We will email you details on where to send the returned item/s.


Once your item/s are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. If the items are in an acceptable condition, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs (including standard shipping costs incorporated into our pricing) are non-refundable. When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund returned orders which we don't not receive.
